The W.C. Bradley Co. was founded in 1885 in Columbus, Georgia as a “cotton-factoring” business.

It is still privately owned by the family of its founder, W.C. Bradley. The company is dedicated to continuing its reputation for quality and value worldwide. With a long-term focus, a Values-based culture, a commitment to innovation, and willingness to invest in the people-side of the equation, the company will continue to grow and expand organically and through acquisitions, both domestically and internationally.

W.C. Bradley Co. Names Christopher M. Ball CEO

A fifth-generation family member, Christopher Ball is the great-great-grandson of William Clark Bradley, who founded the company in 1885. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since April 2023 and as interim CEO since October 2025. He brings more than 30 years of business leadership experience across a range of industries, including hospitality, marketing, investments, and manufacturing.
